We want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation; if an item isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective internal padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of the parcel, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
